By working closely with the client and the design team we produce a detailed cost plan which is continually reviewed during the design process to ensure the dream home becomes a reality.

Quality Handover

Handover can be a stressful time for all involved with the project, however it doesn’t have to be! We create a ‘countdown to completion action plan’ whereby all of the delivery milestones are monitored on a daily basis. Our aim is to deliver a snag-free project first time, every time and work tirelessly to ensure that each of our clients is provided with a first-class service.

Co-ordinated Construction

Preparation is the key to all elements of our delivery and this starts at the very beginning of each project with a fully co-ordinated programme of works. This will be communicated to all parties agreeing important milestones which could have an influence on the clients daily life so that any disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.

Looking After Your Investment

Following completion of your project we will be in regular contact to ensure you are happy. We will answer any queries which may have arisen and then six months after the completion date we will come to inspect our work and complete our complimentary aftercare service.
