02
GROUNDWORKS
Laying the essential foundations for successful construction projects.
Groundworks are an important element of any construction project. They are the various sub-surfaces and related activities which provide a suitable starting point for a subsequent construction. These can include: demolition, site enabling works, excavation, ground investigation, site clearance, footings and trench installation, foundations, drainage and sewer provision – temporary and permanent, cabling, utilities installation – fibre optics, phone lines, gas pipes and Initial landscaping.
These disciplines require specialist skills, training and accreditation, and here at Earlswood Construction we have access to the required resources to carry out a thorough assessment of your site in order to establish and deliver a suitable and adequate groundworks programme.

03
RESIDENTIAL
Providing safe, secure, comfortable and sustainable living spaces.
Residential construction is about creating homes and spaces which enable us to live a safe and comfortable life. As a construction business we have a duty to do this with compassion for how people want to live, and so that they can become a valuable member of the community. We are therefore committed to taking a whole life approach which prioritises life’s essential needs, but does so cost-effectively and with a duty to reduce everyone’s environmental impact.
At Earlswood Construction we have vast experience of working in the residential construction sector and can deliver housing projects in: private domestic housing of any size or value, healthcare settings, affordable housing schemes for local authorities, housing associations and social housing and large scale housing developments.

04
SUSTAINABLE
Delivering effective construction projects which have a positive environmental impact.
The construction industry has embraced sustainability with a view to reducing its environmental impact, but also improving the environment as a result of its techniques, practices and developments. At Earlswood Construction we are committed to following these principles, engaging in best practice and extending our learning to reduce our negative impacts to deliver construction projects which are a positive contribution to the community.
Whether our construction projects are commercial, residential or merely groundworks for subsequent construction, we are committed to following strict sustainability principles to: minimise waste practices in terms of materials and processes, conserve natural resources, protect natural habitats, promote energy efficiency and use sustainable building materials.
